At Smart Properties we offer our services for a small fee. For a more accurate price please refer to ‘Our Fees’ page. We also offer two different payment types. You can either choose to Pay Now or you can choose the No Sale, No Fee option.

Pay Now is a fee which is paid before we start the advertisement process and No Sale, No Fee gives you the option to only pay once your home is sold.

At Smart Properties we pride ourselves in transparency. We have no hidden fees when selling your home. However, please note that a cancellation fees may apply in circumstances where our services have been provided and you are in breach of your agreement or end up cancelling your agreement with us.

Yes! We understand the important of privacy. We take the security of your details very seriously and ensure that no marketers or third parties have access to them. Even potential buyers! When selling your home with us we will always ask for permission before passing any details on.

We aim to get your property on the market within 48 hours. The first 24 hours we aim to get back to you and ask for further details and arrange a visit at your convenience. The next day we will send an agent to visit your property and then list it as soon as possible. The only way it will be longer than 48 hours is if you are busy and we need to arrange an alternative date for the viewing, or if you wish to advertise it on a specific day.

At Smart Properties we inform you if someone has made an offer on your property and communicate on your behalf. If you wish to communicate with them yourself then that is no issue! We also offer an additional extra where we offer our customers their own portal, allowing them to communicate with interested parties.

We always make sure that you are in control of the sale. If you change your mind and wish to either not sell your property anymore or sell elsewhere then we will simply remove your property from all listing sites. However, please note that a cancellation fees may apply in circumstances where our services have been provided and you are in breach of your agreement or end up cancelling your agreement with us.
