20% equivalent of one month’s rent

Management Commission

10% of rent collected

Inventory Preparation

£25 per room

In addition to the above, there might be other fees such as Gas Safety Certificate, Electrical Inspection Condition Report (EICR), Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), Inventory, and Key cutting. Don't worry if you can't obtain these yourself; we're happy to offer them at competitive rates.
